Clinical Supervision

Are you a therapist or counsellor looking for clinical supervision?

Throughout my training and working as a Counsellor I truly value the support and enrichment Supervision can offer to our client work and within our own lived experience. I aim to offer a warm, non-judgemental relationship, where challenge feels constructive and not a criticism of our practice. The aim is for us to work to explore clinical practice from a collaborative, mutual, ethical perspective and I use a down-to-earth approach to achieve this.

Within my Counselling and Supervision practice, I work from an Integrative modality using Relational, Systemic, and Psychodynamic theory, and Cognitive Behavioural approaches. I also bring pragmatism gained through clinical experience as a Nurse, as well as humour which can help build positive creative relationships.

I follow BACP Ethical Guidelines to practice and I am trained in person-centered Counselling (Certificate); Relationship Counselling (Diploma); Children, Young People, and Family Counselling (Post Graduate Certificate); and as a Clinical Supervisor (Diploma), all validated through COSCA and recognised by BACP.

I offer Clinical Supervision to trainee and qualified Counsellors who work with individuals and couples, and I am happy to offer 60 or 90-minute sessions depending on your clinical caseload.
