Throughout our lives, we face many challenges, as well as inevitable change, which can be felt as positive experiences but can also leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, lost, confused, or depressed.

I believe that our early childhood and our relationships, whether current or past, impact how we see ourselves and our place in the world. This influences our interactions, thoughts, feelings, and values which are important for us to grow and develop but can sometimes become outdated, unhelpful, or harmful to our sense of wellbeing.

I work with individuals who are facing a variety of issues, offering a secure, non-judgemental space for your story to be heard.  This process provides the opportunity for you to consider where you are at right now and how you might have got here.  In doing so, this can create the catalyst to begin to understand and adapt, or for things to feel different and less difficult.

In our work together we will focus on you and your needs as a unique individual, as well as your capacity to create strategies for positive change.
